Brewing is a process, and the brewer whom successfully completes each step of the process with mastery will produce the finer product...as home brewers, we are left up to our own ingenuity to master these steps.
The goal of this site is to collaborate with other brewers and share information about home brewing, and further the artistic and technological possibilities of home brewing in Central Pennsylvania.
